Festive Gin & Tonic Set
The classic gin & tonic gets a festive makeover! Fill Copa glass with ice. Add 2 oz gin, 3/4 oz tonic syrup, 1 dash bitters, 4 oz soda water and stir gently to combine. Garnish with teaspoon of mulling spices* and dehydrated orange wheel, and serve with straw. *Can also use mulling spices to infuse gin overnight for even more flavour!
